Innovative Products

The original farm-to-bar chocolate is crafted in-house from the world’s finest cacao beans. Employing traditional methods and vintage European machinery, Scharffen Berger® chocolate combines unparalleled depth of flavor and silky-smooth texture.

This sampler includes all four flavors of our exquisitely crafted BREAKS chocolate barks, all made with 43% oat milk chocolate and coconut sugar. Each variety features a different unique flavor, including salted almond, sunflower seeds, gluten-free pretzels, and coconut and quinoa.

This sampler includes nine of our premium chocolate bars in various flavors. Ranging from 41% milk chocolate all the way to 82% extra dark chocolate, there's something to fit anyone's tastes.

Ideal for bakers and chocolate fans, our conveniently shaped baking chunks are easy to measure, mix, and melt. Flavors include: 43% oat milk chocolate with coconut sugar, 55% dark milk chocolate with maple sugar, 62% semisweet dark chocolate, and 70% bittersweet dark chocolate.
