Leadership Training

Our Emerald Program is an immersive development experience designed for our up-and-coming leaders across the company. Diversity is an important part of this program, encouraging future leaders to share their unique perspectives and help us advance our culture of inclusivity.

Ongoing Learning

Continual learning is the key to the growth and development of our team members. We offer an online curriculum of learning opportunities across topics such as Data Governance, Ethics, and Security Awareness.

Student Internships

We provide valuable paid internship experiences year-round and welcome students from colleges and universities, at both the undergraduate and graduate level, who seek to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Positions are available in various locations throughout the company – from Jericho, NY to Medford, OR – in disciplines such as Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Public Relations, Creative, Design, and Business Development. Our most robust internship program is offered for approximately 10 weeks during the summer months, from May through August.
